We collect the minimum needed to assess an account request and fulfil an order. This site sets no advertising or profiling technology of any kind.

What we collect
From forms on this site: name, role, institution, department, institutional email, telephone where given, and the research application you describe. From orders: delivery and invoicing details. We do not collect special category data and we do not ask for it.
Self-certification
The catalogue access declaration is stored in your own browser using local storage, with a 30-day expiry. It is not transmitted to us, it is not logged server-side, and it contains no identifier.
Analytics
We use privacy-preserving, cookieless aggregate analytics only — page counts and referrers, with no cross-site identifier, no device fingerprint and no profile. There are no advertising pixels or conversion tags on this site.
Lawful basis
Assessing an account request and corresponding with you: legitimate interests in operating a controlled supply process. Fulfilling an order: performance of a contract. Retaining supply and analysis records: legal obligation and legitimate interests in traceability.
Retention
Account and order records are retained for six years from the end of the relevant financial year. Unsuccessful account requests are deleted after 12 months. Analysis and batch traceability records are retained for the life of the batch plus five years.
Sharing
With our carrier for delivery, our accountants and payment providers, and where required by law or regulator. We do not sell data and we do not share it for marketing.

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, exercisable at enquiries@example.invalid. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
